The Origins
Once upon a time there was a red house by a golden sandy beach on the tree line. Nearby there was a fresh  water spring. The house was for travellers, shepherds and farm workers. It was a place to drink, refresh and relax after a long day in the sun. The red house was 3 km from Crotone; a little seaside town on the Ionian coast.
